Gustav,

I’m by no means one of the experts, but in the Installation guide it has this listed. You may want to start with using Ubuntu 13.04.
Ubuntu 13.10

The new release of Saucy Salamander from Ubuntu has changed enough things that following the installation guide below will not leave you with a working installation. We currently recommend installing using 13.04.

Subject: Re: [Observium] Graphs stopped working after uppgrading to paid subscription

Hello.

I installed the free version to get some feel for the software and after that went for a subscription.

When I updated the release the graphs stopped working.

I installed JPgraph and don’t have the warning but for some reason the Graphs stay blank.

Running fresh install of Ubuntu 13.10

I deleted the hole observium folder together with Apache webserver (I imagined I missed a step somewhere or similarly)

And then reinstalled from fresh

Still cant get the graphs to show.

It polls nicely and I get the RRD files but for some reason it seems that they don’t end up being graphed.

Any ideas?

Bästa hälsningar / Best regards,.
