[Observium] to calculate time in poll

hi,

When we run manualy "./poller-wrapper.py", we don't see output logs to know how much time need to poll the devices. only tells on cli: "INFO: starting the poller at 2023/03/22 09:18:50 with XX threads" other thing (may be related) when we run "./poller.php" its not return to cli.
