We’re really pleased with Observium, and are actually looking to using it as the main network monitoring tool.

What we miss is a way to add a comment when you acknowledge an alert. Something along the lines of “stuff is acting up again. John is looking at it. Trouble ticket XX1234.”

Is this something that is being considered?
