Hello All,
I am not able to add 2 devices. These are the longest distance & latency devices in our network 124 ms. I wonder if latency have any play while adding the device. Other than these devices I can add almost all other device.
Below is the command which I am trying to use to add the device. I alos have tried test commands also, please find my out put below.
./add_device.php <devicename> <communityname> Observium v0.14.10.6812 Add Device(s)
Try to add <devicename>: Could not ping <devicename>. Devices skipped: 1.
snmpget -v2c -c <community> <device> sysObjectID.0 SNMPv2-MIB::sysObjectID.0 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.3224.1.52
