1./ odd that bgp peer is still shown as "down" even when the peer is admin down (neighbor xxx shut)
2./ also looks like
$config['alerts']['port_util_alert'] = TRUE;
doesn't self-quash if the device that the port belongs to is set as IGNORE.
… anyone care to verify?
