Yeah I found that table and changed the column to be out rather than in. It didn’t change anything though. It still didn’t collect the information and put it in bill_data. When I run poll-billing.php it says that there is no difference. That is true for the input of the interface, but the output is changing. The interface is docsis downstream interface so it only has downstream data only. I was hoping to use the database to do some reporting on the usage and capacity of all of our modular downstreams.
I’ll write my own poller and database to do the report. Previous billing interfaces that were setup before I switched to pay version are working correctly. So this isn’t that urgent.

Start your search in the database under:
Server: localhost »Database: observium »Table: bills
The numbers are expressed in bits I do believe.

Subject: [Observium] Billing quota data collection
Hello,
I have some ports in my billing environment that are pushing data outbound only. The table bill_data is not collecting on the ports that are outbound only. When I look at the setup of the billing id, it has a direction of in. Is the only way to change that direction to out is by editing the database directly? What determines that direction?
Thanks,
Mike
