Hi,

We do have the QNAP serial number in Observium, in fact - if you click the "inventory" tab you'll see it there. We currently don't show data from this table on the main page overview.

With regards to the status display for disks etc, I'm not sure if QNAP has a MIB for this, but if they do, we don't support it (yet) as far as I know.
