This is an Ubuntu configuration issue not an Observium one, You would be better off checking some Ubuntu support communities for an answer to your question.

Greeting Observium,
I am facing issue with my ubuntu machine that could not connect to 2 networks(subnet). In the network settings, it allow me to configure only one (1) network and deactivating the other network.
Could you please share with me the workaround steps that can I follow to resolve this issue?
