This is likely because you missed out the step in the install guide which enabled mod_rewrite.

Hi,
I’m getting error when try access detail about my swicth. I already add device from CLI. I want to see detail in webUI. This error get from ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Refer attachment.
Now i try to install using centos 6. I want to see if same error come out.
