If I try to use removespokes.php, I always get the error

FATAL: File '' does not exist.

root@CORPLNMS01:/opt/observium/rrd/phlinfrtr01# ../../scripts/removespikes.php -R port-10.rrd

FATAL: File '' does not exist.

The same named perl script runs but doesn't remove 1gbit spikes on 2mbit links...
