[Observium] port down on web ui

Hi,

When a monitored port change from up to down... in the web ui show a warning (yellow).. this is ok, but We can setup to show this warnings on limited time (1 hr, 3 hr)?

To Us is not important see this warning during 20 hr. only on first minutes
