If you have the ‘host-description’ set within the switch config on a Dell S4148T it will not register the switch correctly in observium. It will see it as a generic device instead. If you remove the setting it will register the switch correctly and you get the Dell logo plus extra information in the summary box for the device.

I don’t think this is anything that needs to be fixed per se – just a general observation.
