Hi Mike,
Debug output: http://pastebin.com/kzK8X3RX I can see from there that HC counters were polled; but the port configuration page shows all asymmetric ports (ifIndex > 100) as 32bit; all symmetric ports are detected as 64bit.

Hi,
Observium atomatically detects the presence of 64bit counters, if it not found it, than something wrong in snmpwalk output.
Please attach debug output for ports poller: ./poller.php -d -m ports -h <your_device>

Hi Tom,
I'm not sure if I got your point :) Casa c2200 CMTS does respond with 64bit counters, for example:
# snmpget -v2c -c xxxx 1.1.1.1 IF-MIB::ifHCOutOctets.77 IF-MIB::ifHCInOctets.77 IF-MIB::ifHCOutOctets.77 = Counter64: 2351994689934 IF-MIB::ifHCInOctets.77 = Counter64: 319195830460
I was wondering if it's possible to force Observium to query those.

If you make the device reply with 64bit counters, we'll happily use them.
That includes using v2c/v3, as v1 does not do HC counters!
