The mail clients are Outlook and Mail from Mac,

 

The stranger is that before that I add the contacts I receive the mails with the graphs, I think that was because my email the default address, but now just one person receive the graphs

I think this is just an issue with the email client not understanding the way we attach the images. Ironically historically the issue was Outlook not understanding them, but that left hand client looks like outlook, not sure what the one on the right is.

But Observium sends an identical mail to all recipients, so if one gets a graph, they all should...
