I found that I had one extra comma but still, I cannot do it.D: I hate to say it but I am glad someone else has the same issue. I thought I was either losing my mind or could not list an address.
Was there some sysLocation I am supposed to verify in the SNMP conf file in Observium?

Not sure what’s wrong there… seems to be working for me (release 4256).
I went into one of my devices in Observium and set the Override sysLocation Custom location with that identical address and the map updated (after a few minutes) with the device in NC.
Maybe someone else has any ideas?

Verify what you entered into the syslocation using Google Maps. As long as I set the location to the address recognized by Google Maps it works. The middle of the Atlantic Ocean is where I see devices when it can’t map the syslocation address.

What I have is more of a question….
· Environment:
Sonicwall, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Dell PowerConnect 6224, Dell PowerConnect 3524, Dell PowerConnect 5448, ESX5 and ESX4
Description
I have Observium 0.13.8.4256 installed. I believe this is the most updated version. I have entered a sysLocation on all of my devices and within the Observium GUI I set a sysLocation as well. All of my devices sit in the Atlantic ocean.
Why?
