It’ll be removed if it’s no longer returned by SNMP. This can happen for a few reasons, either the device took a fit and stopped reporting it, or the snmpwalk query broke during that discovery run.
You can try re-discovering that device from the cli with ./discovery.php -h <device_id> -m mempools
