I would be somewhat against it as long as there is still a community edition available. I would probably say some of the community members take a bit more active role in helping out. I wouldn't mind another list for it or maybe the ability to also use IRC. I suppose it could be where the mailing list is read-only for non-subscribers. If that were the case, perhaps a better mailing-list search capability.
I know its difficult to make time for support. You guys are really responsive and it is appreciated.
