[Observium] Modify Dashboard - Switch "Status Warnings and Notifications"

Dear Adam, Hello Community,

my question is, if it's possible to move the "Status Warnings and Notifications" on XL screen to panel side. I modified already the dashboard for our need, the last thing is the "Status Warnings and Notifications" block.
