I'm attempting to setup an alert notification that would get engaged only if SNMP and ICMP were down, so 

I've setup a device-down alert that is based upon the below two  conditions.

     device_status_type snmp 0

     device_status_type ping 0

I also have "Require all conditions" selected within the Alert Checker Conditions.  When SNMP condition is met, Observium does mark the device as down and does not send a notification, as desired.  However, when both conditions are met, Observium marks the device as down but does not send a notification.  What am I missing?
