Hi,

Is it possible to migrate my current Observium configuration to a new VM and if yes is there any guide how to do it since I am not very familiar with the specific system?

Debian 7 is like 3 years out of security support. Are you sure you want to be running something with that much access on your network devices on it?

But yeah, PHP 7 has been a requirement for a while now...
