[Observium] Application alerts, e.g. Exchange/MSSQL

Hi Observium Developers,

What's the situation with moving towards being able to alert on WMI apps, e.g. Exchange/MSSQL data? e.g. alert if submission queue size >= X

It looks as if there's been some work on moving towards this based on the 'app_state' column in the 'applications-state' table... but only for MSSQL, as the current exchange.inc.php doesn't even serialize and insert an app_data in there.

Is there a development plan for alerts on WMI apps ?

Happy to contribute towards it, but I'd like to avoid wasting time working with what's currently there if a completely different direction is going to be taken.
