[Observium] Traffic collection on the vlan interface

Good morning! I hope everyone is okay! I have a question about collecting traffic on vlan interfaces. My HPE/3Com devices (7510, 5510, 5520, 4800) show graphs of vlan interfaces but the graph is always empty with no data. On physical interfaces collected normally. Is there any configuration that I need/can do to get the values of the vlan interfaces?
