I did fine my other php.ini located in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
..and it was set to 128mb. I changed it to -1
Which log file did you see this error again? I can’t seem to remember where I saw that and wanted to monitor mine as well.
Thanks,

I get the same error messages. My php.ini is in /etc/php5/php.ini and mine is set to unlimited
; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB)
memory_limit = -1

Your PHP has a memory limit for cli. This is weird, what distribution of Linux are you using?
You can fix it by increasing the memory_limit option in the relevant php.ini file. There are probably separate files for cli and apache.
