Thank you for interest,

      I am know a little linux.And I also worked five days outstanding on Observium.
 In my fisrt installation, Global settings of page did not look like. It was working normally. But now, It seems only code.
How can i fix?

 I think that a solution needs a problem first.
Since your settings page looks perfectly fine, what is the problem you are reporting?
