We can't currently do this. It's not possible with the usual RRD storage because getting the data out of rrd is difficult, and providing a way to describe this in alerts would be even harder.
You can track this more easily with the billing module, but there's no alerting/notification from that system.
If you were very enterprising you could probably write something to extract the data from rrd periodically and send you an email.

I wondered if anybody has been able to setup alerts for port usage?
I would like to monitor a machines network port,
and if it goes above say 20GB worth of upload in like 3 weeks then alert me?
I think I might need the billing part of observium setup for this but im not sure?
