[Observium] Filtering ports/devices

Does anybody know of a syntax that will allow multiple matches when filtering on device hostnames? I'm specifically on the all ports page.

We've smashed two separate networks together and there are different naming conventions in use. When I want to look at only one side of the network, it would be easy if I could match all devices starting with p, s or m-.

The hostname field doesn't seem to accept regex, nor does it accept "or" statements.

Is there a solution to this?
