Almost all of my 1 and 2 year graphs look like this.

I've tried several times to fix them with removespikes.pl and .php but never had any luck. Has anyone ever gotten the removespikes scripts to work in these cases? I run the command on a single device at a time and receive no output, but it doesn't fix the issue. I've also tried several of the other flags with no luck.
Any pointers?
