      Hi,
It seems like somehow your database schema has gotten desynced.
It would probably be pretty complex to fix this, so if you don't need to retain the logs in MySQL, I'd recommend just removing the database, recreating it and then readding devices.
It's a bit of a pain, but you'll never be sure that the database isn't broken otherwise.
Btw, what is it running on? What distribution? What version of MySQL?
