I was wondering if obserium could monitor my HP Proliant power consumption (on Linux server). During my initial search I found 2 items in JIRA:

After installing the hp-snmp-agents and activating them in SNMP I see information in snmpwalk (using this as resource: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:-mM1kr6Ubv0J:thejimmahk... )
But unlike JIRA issue-1834 suggests only very few information was added. 59m 28s srv01 Asset_tag -> 59m 28s srv01 Serial -> CZJ2XXXXXX 59m 28s srv01 Hardware -> HP ProLiant ML350 G6 x86 [64bit]
When looking at the following Nagios check a lot more information could be added: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Plugins/Hardware/Server-Hardware/HP-%2...
Has anybody tried adding extra information for HP servers? Is it possible to add the power consumption to Observium, and if yes, how?
