[Observium] Install script for agent to run without /opt/observium

Hey Guys,

Would it be possible to add the option do an agent only install to the install script? One that doesn't need /opt/observium and installs all the nice /usr/bin/distro etc utils :)

The current script bails on :

cp: cannot stat '/opt/observium/scripts/observium_agent_xinetd': No such file or directory
