[Observium] Observium Installscript

Hi guys, I got tired of doing the Observium setup everytime when I installed a lot of VMs so I wrote an automatic installscript for installing Observium It works for Ubuntu 14/16 and Debian 8/9 and it also gives you an option to install the unix-agent and have it monitor itself with the Apache and MySQL-app. I would love to have it tested in more environments so if you are about to install an Observium somewhere, please give the script a try.
