[Observium] tplink router

Hi,

we like to monitor some of our ADSL routers and Switches

these are TP-Link devices, but the observium only picks them up as generic devices!?

I’ve created a custom os.inc.php to include a tplink device and icon

could you possible put it in the SVN professionally :-)

Some info below from an ADSL router if its required:

sysDescr -> TD-W8901G sysName -> tp-link sysObjectID -> .1.3.6.1.4.1.1.2.3.4.5

Some Info below from a SWITCH, again if required:

sysDescr -> 24-Port Gigabit Smart Switch sysName -> tl-sg2424 sysObjectID -> .1.3.6.1.4.1.11863.1.1.13
