Your filesystem was full or some other corruption has occured.
do :
rm /opt/observium/rrd/router.local.com/port-62.rrd [http://router.local.com/port-62.rrd]
And it should correct itself.
This happens when an rrd file is created incorrectly, usually because the disk is full and can't be read back later. Make sure your disk isn't full, and if it's an SSD, beware you may need to replace it!
