[Observium] Search custom keywords / description

Howdy all.

Wondering if there is a way to allow users to search for a custom string / keyword as configured in Observium. I am adding a variety of linux boxes to our monitoring setup and would like to be able to have users search on an application name or service name and have all servers matching that keyword show as options.
