This was the first thing that I tried. I have also tried 1024M just in case...
Any idea what logs I can look at to try and troubleshoot this further?

Sounds like your PHP install is running out of memory, that page in particular can be huge. Try increasing the limit to 512MB in php.ini.
Perhaps I need to look at how we build that page to save some memory.
I've seen instances of that page taking 200MB to generate. (really!)
