It seems Debian 11 also has some python changes.
Do:
apt install python3-pymysql python-is-python3

I used the install guide as the automatic script gave us back an error
so how can we make the users created to own the rrd directory
Thanks and Regards

Did you install using the install guide, or the install script?
If installed using the install script, did you add and then poll the devices as root? (creating the rrd directory as root, which the poller running as Observium won’t be able to write to?)
The install script does a slightly better install, creating an observium user to own the rrds and run the poller.
It’s probably permissions, the rrd directory and all contents must be owned by the user which runs the poller. You can’t poll as root, as it’ll break instructions.
