Mike switched JS library for this function because the old one didnt work properly with new JQuery, it seems this one doesnt work properly either in some circumstances
Hell fix it in a bit :)

I'm running 21.3.11157, and have the same issue. I can't delete a device, either.

Did find in the HTML to enable the button when the checkbox is pressed was to remove the disabled=1
