For set private (and any other) AS description, set such config option (in config.php):
$config['astext'][65332] = "Cymru FullBogon Feed";
$config['astext'][65333] = "Cymru Bogon Feed";
where key after astext is your required AS number.

Yes I see what you are saying for AS numbers, but when you have lots of iBGP sessions and they all go to different neighbors this doesn't help. Looks like it cant be done then if the SNMP doesn't show the neighbor description :( unless there is some other method of getting the BGP neighbor description
