I've never encountered this particular issue. What is the entire output from a debugged poller run for a device?

Hey all, I did the revision update and I'm now currently at 18.5.9221. Since I did the update my workstations are all showing as down. I can ping them from my Observium server and I can run an snmpwalk on them from the Observium server. I tried running both ./discovery.php -d -h <some_host> and ./poller.php -d -h <some_host> and both of them have this warning:
WARNING: 0 devices polled/discovered. Did you specify a device that does not exist?
I tried to re-add a device but Observium says it has already been added. Am I missing something simple here?
Thanks,
