[Observium] Strange behavior traffic accounting

Hello.

I am faced with a strange traffic accounting system behavior. The system displays different values of the allowed value in the "Bill Summary" (7Gbps) and "Historical Usage" for April (1.2Gbps). Illustration on the screenshot in the attachments.

Please help understand why different values are displayed.
