Honestly, addition of new MIBs will happen either because one of the developers has a direct need for it, because someone sponsors development for it, or because someone sends in a patch adding support. You're free to gather up a list, but that doesn't mean we'll work on the top list in our scarce free time ;-)
I'd be interested to see such a list though, in any case.
The comments section could be used to describe your use case - but let's not use that for discussion between users...
