Observium v0.13.4.3917 Add Host Tool

Usage (SNMPv1/2c): ./addhost.php <hostname> [community] [v1|v2c] [port] [udp|udp6|tcp|tcp6]
Usage (SNMPv3)   :  Config Defaults : ./addhost.php <hostname> any v3 [user] [port] [udp|udp6|tcp|tcp6]
                   No Auth, No Priv : ./addhost.php <hostname> nanp v3 [user] [port] [udp|udp6|tcp|tcp6]
                      Auth, No Priv : ./addhost.php <hostname> anp v3 <user> <password> [md5|sha] [port] [udp|udp6|tcp|tcp6]
                      Auth,    Priv : ./addhost.php <hostname> ap v3 <user> <password> <enckey> [md5|sha] [aes|dsa] [port] [udp|udp6|tcp|tcp6]
Remember to run discovery for the host afterwards.

i did this setup on local machine and i want to ad this local machine as host.Is it possible to add like this.? But i am getting the above error  message. it's trying to get through snmp. but in my machine snmp is running.

please help me to fix this issue
