Sorry if it wasn’t  clear. I am thinking is  not possible to trigger an alert form ospf neighbor down . for example, I can see numbers of  neighbors per device are counted on Observium database  so if the point to point metro link goes down ( physical link is up) and ospf neighbor will go down as well and it will reduce the neighbor count by 1 .can we get this argument to generate an alert?
