Hi,

We have updated our Observium platform to the latest version CE 19.8 and we are facing the following issue.
After finishing the upgrade using the instructions on the website we were able to access the web interface just once. When we logged in the first time after the upgrade we received a message that the php version also must be updated. After that we were unable to logon to the web interface (after login we see a blank screen) and we receive the following error in the apache error log:

[Wed Sep 16 12:33:07 2020] [error] [client  PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function password_hash() in /opt/observium/html/includes/authentication/mysql.inc.php on line 101,

Is it possible to backup the configuration and update php version and use Observium installation again? If yes is there any guide how to perform the update?
We have observium installed on a Debian 7 machine.
