You'll have to be a bit more specific than that.
Is it not drawing graphs at all? Are you getting NaN as values? Do you just not believe the numbers?
Try doing a manual polling of the device through the console, and specify the -d flag for debugging, and see what comes back, with an optional -r to have it not update your values.
