This is best done by proxying the graph via your own scripts.
The "simple api" is currently abandoned, we may implement something i future, we may not :)

We're currently looking at doing some development to pull the graphs for services from Observium and inject them in to our Client Portal so that clients get nice pretty graphs.
Has anyone done something similar? Some guidance or pointers would be great :)
