I have only ever used the admin account to log onto observium
So you are saying to create a new user account? Can I do that easily from the webadmin

Have you tried adding a new user and logging in with that?
Logging in to the terminal is completely different to logging in to the observium web ui. Observium doesn't use local system authentication and maintains its own user database.
You're not trying to log in to Observium with your Linux username and password, right?

I am still having this problem, I looked at the logs and did not see anything. I ran an update and that did not have any affect.
Our observium is a standalone instance.
I can log onto the terminal, the front facing web site is the only thing that does not let me log on.
Any ideas?

Anything showing up in {install directory}/logs/observium.log ?
Typically issues with your auth provider will show up there.

I recently ran into a problem with logging into the web portal for Observium. I enter the user name and password, and nothing happens,
Has anyone run into this?
I have run all updates and maintenance I could find on the support site with no luck.
