Go to the scroll wheel on the top right in Observium and click on "Polling Information" and take a screenshot of the Wrapper tab and the Per-device tab please

Its likely that your server is not fast enough, or your MySQL server doesn't have enough concurrent connections configured.

You really need to be able to do basic diagnosis of simple problems if you're going to be in charge of these platforms.
