I'm not sure if he disappeared or just lost interest. I'm not sure if it'll apply to current versions.
For submissions liek this, we rely on the code being tested by multiple users before we can commit it, as we don't use the services involved.

We've never tested it, it's incomplete and was never committed to the codebase.
