[Observium] Traffic Accounting

Hi, guys.

I plan to renew my subscription with you, but before doing it, I wanted to make sure, if now we can select "which stream" can be accounted, being : rx, tx or rx+tx, I'm asking this, because we have different ways of billing customer ports and this is a must for us.

If this is not present, any chance you could add a switch for this ? It would be great if so.
